I have extensive experience of leading operational teams and working in the military and in government, sitting on the Executive Committee of Defence as the Chief People Officer. Latterly I wrote a comprehensive and very well received report, strategy and plan on Climate Change and Defence.

I have since focused on delivering the Scar Free Foundation Mission to achieve scar free healing within a generation and transform the lives of those affected by scarring.

I also lead on the implications of Climate Change and Net Zero on National Security, Defence, and international partners.

I regularly speak at Forums, international conferences and on podcasts on Climate Change and currently sit as the Climate Change NED for Defence, a role created for me. I am passionate about Scar Free healing and finding opportunities for organisations through embracing solutions to the effects of Climate Change.

I am also a Strategic Advisor, Patron, NED, Mentor, Chair and Trustee of several organisations and charities, including the Royal NAAFI, X-Forces Enterprise, the Mission Group and The Royal Artillery Yacht Club.
